A father of three who tried to burn his sons alive after he came back drunken was arrested. Balaram Bishwakarma from Nalang ward no 6 of Dhading district who locked up his sons into a room and burned his house this Saturday.

As the villagers were able to rescue the boys after they found the house on fire as stated by local police. One among them, Laxman is in serious condition due to serious burn injuries on his arms, shoulder and head.

The grandfather, Chakra Bahadur Bishwakarma is now at headquarter for the treatment of his grandsons. As due to poverty he is not able pay the bill for the treatment of his grandsons and looking for help. According to Chakra Bahadur, as the mother of the three ran away after her husband used to beat her severely every day after getting drunked. The boys were living with their father and grand parents.

The officer at Women and Children Development, Bhula Bhandari said that the district welfare board provided immediate help to the victims worth Nrs 5000.

The gangster movie of Aryan “Naaike” is set to be released on 5th December. The movie crew organized a press release recently to announce about the movie release along with the trailer and videos.

In the event, two songs along with some promo videos were released. Netra Gurung, the director of the movie told the movie “Naike” is a complete entertaining movie which will be well loved by the audiences. With the story of a gangster the movie features Aryan Sigdel, Bodhraj Regmi, Rem BK, Surbina Karki and Sarika KC in the lead roles. The chocolaty hero of Nepali Cinema Aryan is appearing as a gangster in the lead role in the movie “Naike”.

The movie is released under the banner of Black Shadow Productions with Bishnu Hamal as it’s executive producer on the story written by Netra Gurung. The movie was shoot on various places in Pokhara.

Nepali National Cricket team today defeated Uganda by 62 runs winning the title of ICC World Cricket League Division III in the final as played at the Kinrara Academy Oval in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

After winning the toss Nepal chose to bat at first and posted a target of 224 runs against Uganda.

The Uganda cricket team were packed up for 161 in 44.1 overs as Nepali bowlers performed well in today’s match with Bhuwan Karki with 4 wickets, Basanta Regmi with 2 wickets and Shakti Gauchan, Sagar Poon and Sompal Kami able to knock out 1-1 wickets in the match.

Although the team lost all the wickets in 49.5 over scoring 223 runs with three bats men scoring their half centuries. Sagar Poon scored the highest today, 64 runs off 99 balls, Naresh Budayair scored 51 runs off 73 balls and vice captain Gyanendra Malla scored 56 runs off 65 balls. After the wicket of Malla other batsmen could not hold on as a result the five remaining wickets were down in last three overs.

Both the teams Nepal and Uganda have already secured their position at the ICC World Cup Cricket League Division II which will be hosted at Namibia.

Well known Director of Nepali Movie industry Alok Nembang passed away today. Nembang was found hanged inside his room at around 8pm tonight. Local police Maharajgung reported about the incident to media.

Alok Nembang was one of the successful director of Nepali movie Industry. He had debuted direction from Nepali movie Sanosansar which was a Hit movie. His recently directed movie “Ajhai Pani” is going to release soon.

Prime Minister Sushil Koirala attended the deusi bhailo and promised to watch the movie as releasing on 5th Mangsir. The crew also played deusi on Kedar Ghimire, Nirmal Sharma and other celebrities residence with regular deusi and songs from the movie. A 8 years old girl Kanchan Thakur Lohar from Kalaiya ward no 8 dies after she was severely raped by some unknown rapists.

Kanchan was on her way to buy a Noodles but she didn’t returned back to home. Her parents reported to the nearest police office and the investigation started. Lately her nude body was found beside Kalaiya Hospital.

She was immediately taken to Narayani Hospital, Birgunj but she could not survive. Police are investigating to find the rapists.

In the mean time Lahure Ba arrives, he shows his sympathy to Batuli and her family. Aasha, the daughter of Gajale and Batuli couldn’t bear Lahure ba and jumps to the ground and begin to beat Lahure Ba. She thinks Lahure is the reason behind her father’s suicide. People around comes to separate Aasha and Lahure and later Deuki takes her to their home. After this incident Aasha seems to loose her control over herself and act as mad. Deuki and Lahure are on their way to home and Lahure is worried about Batuli and he seems to be happy by Gajale’s death. As Batuli seems alone he thinks to help her and family.
